Calculating Due Date til the end of the business day 23:59:59

I have a Start Date and Time and I want to add 30 days to it and I want the due to date to come out as Date + 23:59:59. As I have to have it go to the end of the business day.

What would happen if I wanted to add like 18 days or 61 days?

Maybe this is more obvious:

=INT(A2) + 30 + "11:59:59"
