Calculating difference between 2 times

I have a list of people with starting and ending times, and I need to calculate the number of hours and minutes between the two times. Using a simple calculation, I get the results, but they are decimal values. What is the best way to format these values to show the number of hours and minutes worked?

I am looking for someone who worked for 6 1/2 hours to show this result.
