I am trying to find a formula that will give me the date four days from the date I put in a cell but I don't want it to count certain dates as those four days. Is there a way to do that? <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
CorienneS - welcome to the board.

Have a look at the WORKDAY function. You can add 4 calendar days to the date in the cell but exclude "holidays" - any days you do not want to take into account.

Hope this helps. NETWORKDAYS may also be useful adding 4 working days.

so far I have
=DATE(YEAR(B2),MONTH(B2),DAY(B2)+4)
But I need it to not count holidays I have in a separate column when counting 4 days ahead. I need it to skip them all together not just add one if it is the resulting date.

Did you consider the post from Mr_Roscoe yet? These functions might require checking the box for the analysis toolpak in Excel addins.
