Hi guys, I have this spreadsheet.

Capture5.jpg

I need to be able to work out how many days holiday each candidate has accrued based on todays date.

For example. Based on the amount of days worked per week and how long the contract is for, CAN-10367 will get 30 days holiday for the duration of his contract. how do I work out how much of that holiday he has accrued up to todays date.

I'm confusing myself a little.

Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
How is the holiday allowance calculated?

Holiday allowance is based on each candidate getting 8 weeks holiday for every 52 weeks (if working 5 days a week) so 40 days.

So for someone working 4 days a week for 52 weeks, they will earn 32 days holiday. I hope that makes sense.
