I have a long list of organizations that have received funding over a 3-5 year span from different levels of government (local, state, federal). I want to calculate the average amount of funding each organization received over this time span from each level of government. I could do it by hand, but as I have said this is a very long list, and it is time consuming. Had the amount of funding received was over a fixed number of time, then I think I can put together a VBA code that could simply calculate averages. However the time ranges vary. Is there a VBA code I can use in a Macro to calculate the averages. Let me know if you can help or if you need more details. Thanks.
