Hello I could use some help. I have created measures that calculate my turnover by Business Unit, Job Code and Location. I also have a measure that calculates the average Headcount by those 3 criteria. I then created a measure to pull the current month. When I create a Measure with the below Annualized TO% formula I do not get the correct answer. What am I missing in my measure to calculate Annualized TO% correctly?

Total Terminations/Current Month * 12/Average Headcount

Sample Data:
YTD Terminations - 33
Avg HC by Month - 138
Current Month - 6

Excel formula shows an annualized TO% of 47.8%
Power BI card shows .07%
