Calculating Annualized returns of 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, and 10 years from the data of 132 months/ 11 Years

Hello everyone; I hope you all are doing well. New to this forum, so please help me. I recently got an internship and I have been given a task to Calculate annualized returns of 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, and 10 years and also the calendar year returns of 2022-2013. I browsed forum to solve the answer I have got some values but I'm not sure if it's correct so I'm posting the raw data here. Hope you all can help me. Monthly returns are from cell O23:O154. Thank you in advance.
