Calculating an Average with variable number of columns

I have the following table which extends to 1000 rows. Starting in Row 5, I have 10 data in columns K through T. I have specified a number in Cell F1 (could be 2 to 10). Based on that specification, I want a formula for Col I that calculates the average based on the specified number of columns: here the 4 means I use columns K through N for the calculation of the average. I will always start in Column K, but the ending will vary from L to T.
