calculating a range with conditions in certain rows.

I'm trying to figure out a formula that calculates a range of cells but only with certain conditions in rows.
for example: if column E has an "x" and column G has an "S" in the same row. then subtract Column J from Column I in that row then add all the rows with that criteria together.

For the future, I suggest that you investigate XL2BB for providing sample data to make it easier for helpers by not having to manually type out sample data to test with.
