calculating a mode in a complicated situation

Hi there,
I need to calculate the mode in a situation without numbers and repetitions but based on codes and quantities.


There are certain coded elements that we order by quantity. There is a separate table with a value assigned to that code. Also, not entry should be considered.

Based on the quantity, and only if it should be considered, how can I find the mode?
