Hi guys,

Just a quick question on how to get a predicted Clock Out time for the week with 60.5 hours MAX.
Column1 is the total so far in the week.
Clock In Time is Todays clock in time.
If the Recommended Clock out time is 12 hours or more away, have it display a text.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Here is a better image of my spreadsheet.

So basically, 60 hours - Total Time = Recommended Clock out time, if they have a clock in time (column F). If the remaining hours is greater then 12 hours, have it display a text (Safe)

Forgot to mention, the Recommended clock out time needs to add addtional 30 min

So lets say someone has worked 55 hours and has clocked in today at 730am, he needs to clock out by 1pm.
