Calculated Field involving the Total

Hi,


I need help to create a measure for Weighted % of Active employees by agency.


My logic is :
Weighted % of Active Employees = (Active Per Agency/Total Actives All Agency) * (Total Per Agency/Total All Agencies)


Following is a sample of my pivot :

I choose :

I get:

All I need now is to create a field that multiplies the “Active” with “Total”.


I don’t want to do it outside the Pivot as I would like to maintain flexibility of slicers, refresh and dynamic refresh for charts.
