'ello!
I apologize in advance for this being a bit convoluted...
I am currently trying to create a report listing Handle Time for each member on a team, with a team rollup in the report footer. Given that I can't take the average of everyone's average handle time (AHT) (due to the inaccuracy of the calculation) I have to calculate on the page.
I need to multiply the number of calls by the AHT for each member, and then sum the number of calls and the total handle time and divide the summed handle time by the summed number of calls for the Team AHT.
I can get the sum of all the calls in the footer, because it is based on a field in the query. However, for the rest of the calculations, I get a parameter prompt for the calculated field. Is there any way around this or is this a limitation of the reporting features in Access? Is Access just not able to summarize calculated fields?
Thanks!
and please let me know if clarification is needed...
