Is it possible to create a calculated field in a pivot table based a criteria in that field?

I need to create a utilization rate % by employee based on project hours to total hours. Simple, but I need to do that for each week (wk 1 %, wk 2 %...etc).

In my source data, I have a column with dates (le, 1/01/25), I created a new column called "week range" based on a mapping table I created (ie, 1/1/25 to 1/04/25)

Is it possible to create a rate (%), by employee, based on the week range for project and total hours in that week range in the pivot table (not outside)?

The idea is to show the weekly util. Rate by employee, so the columns are the week range, and rows by employee with % in each week.

Thanks, sc
