Dear All,

I am seeking for some help with an issue I have for days (no Excel Guru here but a real leaner.

I am trying to calculate the TAT based on working hours and holidays but every time the received and responded hours are outside working hours the formula returns ###. If at least one hour (e.g.) sent would be within, then the formula works. Not sure where I could adjust it so it calculates correctly. First screenshot, normal calculation, all good, the second one is the one I am trying to make work and for which I am using the formula from the screenshot. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
