I've read a lot of threads and usually manage to find my answers, but haven't quite managed on this occasion.

I have a period start date in b1
Period end date in b2
The first date of the biweekly occurrence in b3

Based on the payment being fortnightly, I need to calculate how often it will occur in the period starting on b1 including b2 if I first paid it in b3.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
@DataWannaBe Maybe try like below.

Testing Formula Update.xlsm
ABCD
1PPStart4/27/24Payments Due
2PPEnd5/26/242
3FirstPay4/17/24
2020
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
D2D2=(QUOTIENT(B2-B3,14)+1)-(QUOTIENT(B1-B3-1,14)+(B3<B1))

Genius! Thank you so much Snakehips and apologies for the ridiculous delay coming back to you, I've been dealing with a family situation, took leave and have been trying to get caught up.
This is basically what I'm looking for, so much simpler than previous things I'd tried.
