Hi,

I need to calculate the voluntary attrition for employees who left the company within less than or equal to 6 months of their hire date. How would I accomplish this?

I have below fields and tables:

- Attrition Table that has below fields:

- Employee ID

- Hire Date

- Term Date

- Term Category (voluntary , involuntary, Neutral)

And I have an active slicer that has the report date.

Thank you!

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
* (term date - hire date) <= 6 months
* term date is known
* term category = voluntary

Can you help with writing the syntax as DAX language? I tried below measure but I got the error message below. Can you help?

EO_Current_Month = EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)
EO_Last_6 Months = EOMONTH(TODAY(),-7)+1
