Hi all

I wonder if anyone can help me.
I am trying to pull together a resource tracker and calculate the percentage of days worked per week on a certain project. The problem I have is the working week is only 4.5 days (so this is the 100% capacity)

For example I have 2 projects and the resource has split their time 2.25 days on each project.
I am trying to show if they have capacity to take on more work or are working to the full 100%.

Hope I am explaining this well enough J

Any help would be amazing!

Many thanks

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
You mean something like this?
