I need to work out how many management layers there are in my org and I have the employee ID and their manager ID as pee the picture below. How do I build additional columns to show the number of reporting chain levels? Thanks in advance

Could you fill in the required results manually and post it again (preferably with XL2BB so we can easily copy for testing) and explain how you got those results manually?
