Calculate MIN Value from Right to Left

My data is in E3:E100
Form Left to Right I can not find 42, there is not a good logic for that
From Right To Left, Yes, because, beginning that 42 , all in right side are larger .

I would like to find the smallest number in E3:E100, and that FIRST number from right side, which have ALL numbers in right side larger
In my example, beginning 42, ALL numbers in right side of 42 are larger then 42

I'm going to assume you don't mean E3:E100 because that's all in one column, not in a row.
