I have a list that contains DATE PAID, NAME, and MILESTONE #. I want to be able to calculate the number of individuals who receive their milestone bonus on-time and calculate the number of individuals who are not paid their milestone bonus. The milestone is at specific timeframes (7-day, 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, 180-day, 270-day, and 365-day). On-time is defined as during the scheduled month or 2-weeks prior. The color coding in the example is not required, but I thought it would help illustrate what I need.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
This seems doable.

Pictures are not only so helpful. You could post a link to your workbook with fake data. Use the link icon above the message area. Put the file on Dropbox, Box, 1Drive, Google Drive etc.

Or, consider sharing some of the data using Mr Excel's excellent XL2BB addin that enables you to post a portion of a worksheet. See HERE.
