I am trying to calculate the difference between two dates however none of my formulas seem to work.
I have Start time - Resolved Time = Duration

The day/time format is 2022-03-01 09:07:26
I am looking for a result that will say 0 Hours, 41 Minutes, 28 Seconds
The seconds aren't really needed though.
I think I am having issues since the times are in military time

Excel Facts

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Military time is just a display format. The way that Excel actually stores the date is the same for all formats.

Duration is Resolved Time - Start Time (you had it backwards)

You do the simple subtraction and format the result as desired.
