Hello,

I am new to excel and I am trying to create a spreadsheet that I will be using each day. The data changes each day so it won't be full of data.

I have used the formula =today() <- in one cell. Reasoning for this is that a delay update is distributed to heads of service and this will negate the need to input the date each day.

I have another column where I will input another date to show how long a person/ task has been delayed. I have used various different formulas including: =DAYS(D4,M16) and it is returning 45513, 0 and VALUE!

Any help appreciated.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
