Calculate Days Worked and Days Off

I’m interested in a few formulas to calculate total number of days worked and days off in a calendar year, and each month based on known values.

For example:

Employee Day Rate: $500/day
If they work a schedule that is 3 days on and 4 days off that repeats itself for a year, I would like to be able to calculate how many days worked each month and year that would be, and the gross $ made, with the ability to change the day rate and days on and off to see how those schedule changes compare.

Something like:

=NETWORKDAYS.INTL(DATE(2020,1,1),DATE(2020,1,31),"0001111")

Where the "0001111" represents the week starting on a monday. 0 means workday and 1 means day off so in this example working Mon-Wed and having Thurs-Sun off. You will need something more complex if your 3 days on and 4 days off doesnt sum to 7 days but this will work for scenario you ask for.
