I have been given this data and asked to calculate the Bid Rate and Win rate.
I am not sure if it would be a ratio or a percentage, I got a little clarification for bid rate that it should be a relation of the actual no. of bids compared to the no. of qualified events to bid on.
So it would be a comparison between the No. of requests sent and the actual no. of bids. Here is my sample data, here are what some of the fields mean. Please let me know your thoughts.

Impressions - The number of impressions they bid for in an auction?
Spend - This is the amount of $ spend by the advertiser on the auction
Requests Sent- The number of requests that we send to the advertiser to bid on
Bid Volume - The no. of bids placed on the auction
Total Bid Value- The combined value of the bids from that advertiser
Total Wins - No of wins the advertiser got in the pertaining auction.
