I need a formula to calculate bank fees for purchase using excel, you'll find the fees details in the end of this post, however, my bank balance was 2.87. The product I bought cost 2.81.
After the purchase was done, I noticed that the bank took out 0.12 as fees and then my balance account has become (-0.06).
The bank fees as it was stated : 0.10 + 1.2%
I understand that 0.1+1.2% = 0.12 (fees), but I want to know how this calculation was done.
if you can provide a formula to calculate this bank fees in excel so that it will be easier for me for the next operations.
