Calculate average omitting slicer selection

Fairly new to PP, so I might be overthinking this. If I create a dashboard with Student, Class, and Semester slicers, and I select Student (Bobby), Class (History), what PP calculation function would I use to create a pivot table that will create an average (this I know), and Average of all students (this I don't know)...but subtracting Bobby's grade.

I'd like to compare the average grade of whatever student/Class slicer selected against the rest of the students/class if they were taken out of the equation.

So If I have Bobby slicer selected as well as History, how do I get a pivot with the following fields and averages? Thanks for any direction.

History grade average
Bobby: 78
Rest of Students: 85 (just Tom and Sally)..

Student Class Grade Semester
Bobby History 78 Fall
Bobby Economics 82 Fall
Tom History 75 Spring
Sally History 95 Spring
Sally Economics 75 Fall
Susan Economics 85 Winter

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
