How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Try:
VBA Code:
Sub InsertRows()
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    Dim x As Long, lRow As Long
    lRow = Cells.Find("*", SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlPrevious).Row
    For x = lRow To 3 Step -1
        If Range("A" & x) <> Range("A" & x - 1) Then
            Rows(x).EntireRow.Insert
        End If
    Next x
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub

that works great but how about keeping the same name and only inserting the row after the name is different for example all orange then Insert 2 columns and banana and Insert 2 columns and so on, I hope this makes sense.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Can you post data that shows what you want your end result to look like?
