Hi, I have a customer input form which has record selectors on it, what I would like to be able to do is have a button on the Customer Input Form that when clicked that record (for example record 1) will be applied to the fields of mail merge. Is this possible? I hope so.

Thanks in advance for the help, Ted.

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Re: Buttons for applying mail merge got Access 2002.

I've just read the rules and regs so I'll make my post abit clearer

I have a data entry form for entering Customer Details

For Example:

(Attrbutes) (Data Input)

CustomerID 123456
Title Mr.
Full Name Ted Patrick Murphy
Address1 11 Mayfair Avenue
Address2 Kingston Surrey KTE 653
Country Surrey
Telephone No. 0200 0679 0256
E-mail Address TedPatrickMurphy@Hotmail.Com

The letter that I have is in the file C:\IFS\Customer Letter.Doc

You see the above form I have well thats record 1, I have other records for the form, what I would like to do is have a button on the form that enters the present records showing on to the mail merged letter, this would help me alot and I hope I don't now sound too patronising, thanks in advance for your help!
