Well. I have created a dialog box, which is activated by a command button on another worksheet. I first created it ina workbook called bidding april29, my boss has combined what I was doing with what he was doing and now it is calling bidding may2003. BUT when I push the button to run the dialog box, if opens the old file to run it?? Smarty me  , thought just move the old file and it would fix its self - - dumb move  now i just get an error??

Any suggestions??? Other than start over!

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Open workbook with button & the one with correct macro.

Right click on the button and Assign Macro.

Probably using the button from the Control Toolbar.

Rightclick existing toolbar to get list/Control toolbar. Click on pencil/setsquare button ("Design mode" - stops button working). Doubleclick your button to get to the OnClick event and see what's there (or what workbook it's in).

Probably need to delete button & put another one to point to the proper workbook.

I don't recommend controls from the Control Toolbar - bug ridden. Use Forms Toolbar instead when poss. Not so many properties - but they work better. Might get away with just the button though.

Hope this helps.
