Business analysis that could be done with microsoft excel 2013

Dear Sir,
I am analyzing the wholesale operation of a Pharmaceutical business and I wish to know all the various kind of analysis that could be done using microsoft excel 2013 (a very powerful tool).
E.g a graphical representation of monthly sales using a Bar chart, Pivot table E.t.c

as a starter Excel 2013 - For Dummies, but would strongly suggest that this venture is not the point to start learning, get someone on with you who can help develop what you need until you can takeover from them
