Hi, I am after some help please. I have done a search but am having trouble understanding, especially when most suggested a macro?

So basically, I have a rows labelled labelled 1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b, 3c....up to 30c in column B

I have a column (E) with the word 'click' that I have attributed a hyperlink to a folder on my OneDrive corresponding to 1a, 1b, 1c etc

i.e. row 3 is labelled as "1a" in column B3. Column E should hyperlink to a folder structure (my OneDrive)\(a folder)\(a folder)\2024/Mar/1a with only the (1a) changing for each row....

I have been manually doing this for each row, but it is time consuming and I have to do this for every row and month!

My Question:

If I enter the first hyperlink, can you help me with some whizzywoo to do a bulk change for this last bit of the hyperlink and apply to rows as above? 1b, 1c, and so on. I can then do similar for each month.

Hope that made sense!

Many thanks :)

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.

In those cells where you have the hyperlink, you could use a formula
Excel Formula:
=HYPERLINK("C:\Users\OneDrive\folder1\folder2\"&B3,"Click")

If you'd rag that formula down, it should extend to the other rows and the hyperlinks should work
