Hi

I'm using Apple Numbers

I have a large sheet, I'd like to change the contents of 1 column.

Currently, the column has "Buy" & "Sell". I'd like to change these to "B" & "S".

How can I do this?

Thank you for your help.

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
If only one column has those words, just do a find and replace operation: Ctrl+H
Then first replace Buy with B; repeat to change Sell to S. There is an options button that you may need to click in order to see options. Likely one option you'd use would be to restrict this to the current sheet and not the whole workbook.
