building relationship in Power Query

instead of merge in power query, is there any way to build Relationship in power query like in power pivot

can we use excel formulas like Lookups, Index and other array formulas

plz help on this issue asap

No you can't. Power Query modifies data from one format into another format. It does not join tables. You use Power Pivot for that.
