building a traslator for the ancient language(eragon)

i am working on a traslator for the ancient language from eragon i curently have a dictionary of 2530~ words and have created a version that works but you have to tell it the grammer of the word and it ignores sentence structure is there any one out there who has any idea how to convert english grammer to the grammer of another lang

eg: in the ancient language nouns come before adjectives is there a way of getting excel to understand this
effectivly i need to teach excel to read english

Option1 - Get a babel fish
Option2 - Shave all your hair off. Saves you tearing it out.
Option3 - Forget it. Whilst it may be possible (though I doubt it) it will not be easy & Xl is not the right tool for the job.

Whilst I don't know much about databases, I suspect it would be a better option, where you can have a table of nouns, a table of adjectives etc
