So i am working away in excel (365 with all updates). I have been finding recently that when i am hiding rows or columns sometimes the areas just go grey. In the current sheet i am working on the whole sheet went grey, i guess i saved it and now i can't undo. The column headings (A, B, C, etc) are not available to even see. I tried closing and restarting windows. Normally i just undo, and it comes back but because i saved it i guess i can't go back (this client will not allow anything on onedrive, or else i would just pull from a back up version of the file).

Is this something someone has seen before?

Thanks for your feedback.

Michael.

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
So this was a code ID10T.... i had hid all of the columns.... it was in the top left for me to unhide. Sorry to bug everyone.

Michael.
