Bug: Post titles containing a percent sign are generating an error

Any post with a "%" in the title is generating the following error:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Browser: Google Chrome and Internet Explorer
Device: Laptop (Windows 7) and Mobile (Android)
 
Same with Firefox on win7 pc
 
This issue is still persisting. @mole999 - I know you've kind of taken point in relaying some of these bugs to the admins. Could you please verify this issue and forward? Thanks!
 
@MrKowz the mods do fix them when found, and of course they cannot be reported as you can't get in the thread, I would suggest report them via About this board and they will be dealt with
 
Thanks, Mole. I hadn't noticed this issue prior to the forum upgrade, so I figured it might have been related. I'll report the threads in this post and then report my own post to bring attention to it, so the moderators can adjust.
