Bring data from another workbook worksheet into a table in active workbook

Hi am i trying to see if it is possible to import data from one workbooks worksheet (sheet name "Profiles") from row 3 down to the last used row and the only columns used are A-D. Also with having to select the workbook and bringing it to the workbook the vba is in on a table called "Qr_Profile" the sheet is called the same "Profile".
