Bring back sum of column between 2 dates

I have 2 date in column H & I (04/01/2024 & 21/01/2024)
I am looking for a formulae to bring back the sum of all data in column4 between the 2 dates including the 2 dates to be populated in results field
Therefore in this scenario it would be the sum of all data from 04/01/2024 to 21/01/2024 from column 4 into results field

This is pretty easy to do with the SUMIFS formula. See here: Excel SUMIFS date range formula - sum if between two dates

So your formula would look something like:

=SUMIFS(F3:F32,B3:B32,">="&H4,B3:B32,"<="&I4)
