Hi I currently run a large report where the break is by Region, then by Branch , then by Manger etc.

Currently I am Outputting this through a macro to a PDF printer...

What I would like to do is automatically have the report be broken up into several different reports to avoid having to manually break up the PDF file after printing.

Can anyone help??

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Well, you would need some VBA code, which would loop through all your criteria and change RecordSource of the report every time. Create some String variable which will store SQL syntax and than run loop which will change WHERE part every time and open report for every different criteria...

I am not sure how familiar with VBA you are...
