Books on Excel VBA Performance and Memory

Can anyone suggest a good resource that focuses on techniques to optimize Excel and VBA memory management and execution performance? Sort of a "Do THIS - not THAT" type of book would be great.

I don't think there's a book that focuses exclusively on that (or at least, not one that I'm aware of). Most will cover "don't use Select" but that's pretty basic. Professional Excel Development has a chapter devoted to optimisation - I think that would probably be your best bet (it is very advanced). The second edition is due to be released imminently - it would definitely be worth checking out.
