Book Recommendations for Teaching Excel

Any suggestions for a pre-built class outline with excercises to teach beginning Excel? I purchased Microsoft Press' "Excel 2003 Step by Step" on eBay, but seller will not provide the disk of accompanying exercises. In fact, if anyone out there has the book I'd very much appreciate a copy of the exercises. Thanks
