This is what I've just got from Brian (from Maui)...

"I can't post on MrExcel, I get an "invalid session". I can't even sign out, send PM's nothing"

And I had to face up numerous attempts in succession to log on. I had to strip off IE from cookies, history, etc. and restart my notebook in order to log on. Even then I needed a few attempts.

So far, so good here, although I did notice this morning when logging in that nothing showed up in the color of a new/evised topic.

Yeah, we've been having "reports" of double-logins, etc. come in. A fix is being looked into, but to my knowledge nothing's actually been done yet.

(I actually can't even log out myself) :)

actually.. the change got made earlier..
Did you suggest that Brian strip his cookies and try again?

Hmmm.....

I can post, send PM's from WORK!!!! o_O

Somebody trying to tell me something!

Edit,

I had these problems after running SPYBOT

Hi Brian...
all I can think of is to clear the old cookies from your home machine...
hmmm - different browser?
could you have turned off something with spybot?

Definitely clear out your cookies Brian (Spybot should do this for you I think), this was adjusted earlier today.

Also, the server was very slow ~11 am cst, I assume that's not the issue though.

The funny thing is that Netscape does not seem to have any trouble with the board as IE does.

While we are at it, could you goad Bill to get Google index the board?

sure, I'll mention it to him.

I've tried the board with Netscape and IE on different IPs and they both work perfectly. The only thing, based on the small change, that was made is old cookies misdirecting the browser...
