Hi, I need to allow users to access an encrypted file but not be able to remove the open password protection. Is there a way to lock it with another password or something similar?

Many thanks

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Hi, Just wondering if anyone had a possible solution for this?

Thanks in advance

You can't do that, unless they are prevented from saving the document. What are you actually trying to achieve/prevent? You may need to look into Information Rights Management if that is an option.

Thank you. The main things is preventing the user from switching on AutoSave and then sharing for collaboration. Any ideas?

Thx
