Bloated Workbook

I have a large workbook that contains many reports used regularly.
I always use named ranges throughout the workbook.
Over the years I suspect there are many named ranges that are no longer used by any of the current reports.

Is there any way of seeing (macro or otherwise) whether a named range is used by anything in the workbook (i.e. Pivot Table, Chart, Vlookup, Other Formulas etc)?
I would rather avoid deleting a named range one at a time, and then checking the entire workbook to see if every report is still working.
Thanks in advance.

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Will they show up if you search for them with Ctrl+F?

This works off and on for me when looking for formulas that refrrence certain sheets - not sure what success you'll have looking for named ranges.
