Blended formula

Hi All,
Hoping you can help. I am looking to work out blended % formula amount in a row of cells against another 2Rows already populated with % amounts
Eg A1 through M1 totals 100%
B1 through M1 totals 100%
Require blended formula in cells C1:M1 that would also total 100%
Thanks!

For A1:M1 and B1:M1 and C1:M1 to all total 100% both A1 and B1 must be zero

Do you mean?
A1:M1
A2:M2
A3:M3

Here is one "blend"
In A3 copied across
=(A1+A2)/2
