I've created a spredsheet called "Blank ***" I don't want coworkers to save over this blank one how do I prevent them from doing this?

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Better question. when my coworkers attempt to save the spreadsheet can I have a message box popup asking for the name they want it saved as. I need this to happen only the first time saved.

Can you set the file as read-only? That would prevent any changes to it, and prompt for a SaveAs filename when they try to save it.
