I have multiple files with a daily number of rows of 10,000+

I'd like to analyse these in Excel using Python.

Are there any guides?

Nope, you cant import files with python in Excel. You have to import them first with power query. Afterwards you can analyse with python. You can directly refer to connections in Excel
