Thanks for your note. I tell people that simply reading threads here will make you better at Excel. It is like watching a queue of people climb a mountain to visit the greatest Excel gurus. Watching those conversations happen provides a lot of insight both into (a) what other people are trying to do with Excel and (b) the answers to those problems.
