Best way to automate Between Dates in a query?

This is what I have right now:


IIf([Sale_Date] Between Date() And DateAdd("m",2,Date()),[Sales].[VIN])

I need to Sum the VIN's if they are between today and two months back.

Any help would be appreciated

make a form, myForm
put 1 unbound date field in it, txtDateEnd
default = Date()

add another text box, but lock it so user cant edit it, txtDateStart
control source: =DateAdd("m",-2,[txtDateEnd])

the query is then
select * from table where [Sale_date] between forms!myForm!txtStartDate and forms!myForm!txtEndDate

Agree that in general you can put the date stuff in the WHERE clause.
